Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@Birdofparadise8 you only really have to say what you are comfortable saying. It can be tough with parents, I don’t know about yours but it’s like I have to cope with their anxiety along with mine when I do talk.

Yeah exactly my mum has such bad anxiety and it just I don’t think she can handle it @creative_writer

She lives in Vic, but she is down for Christmas and I saw her today for a walk and brunch. I told her about my plan though and she helped make a safety plan and talked me though it. @Captain24

Yeah it was good she went through all the things that can happen if I try and how the whole family will find out and that I would have to go to hospital and have all my rights taken away. @Captain24
