Not coping

Not coping

  1. Am really struggling. All I do is cry. Yesterday I had suicidal thoughts. Everything went wrong Yesterday had bad news after bad news. I hate where I live but trying to find rentals is like finding hens teeth. I just need a break. I have to start selling my things just to pay bills. Preferred it when I thought I had bipolar, at least I was medicated so I didn't feel. Bpd and cptsd are so hard. I feel like my life has been wasted. I have nothing left am empty.

Hey @Former-Member am having a crazy week. Trying to find somewhere cheaper to live. Appointments all the time, looking for work, on the phone non stop lol. But mood has shifted am feeling more positive. Thank you for asking. How's your week hin?

Re: Not coping

Yep feels @Sirine, I have been in the same boat. Moving is so hard at the moment, both rentals and buying. It has to come to end soon, surely. And my son has a complex disability so we have appointments all the time and specific needs in a rental 😵. It is a full time job, moving and appointments.

Glad you are having a flush of positivity. That is such a good feeling. Embrace it and flow with it 🙏

My week has been a positive one too. The sun has been shining and I have gone for a swim everyday. I also joined a fitness class today..... feeling it now 😳. My arms are so heavy even to type ha ha.

What is for dinner tonight?

Re: Not coping

@Former-Member wow you have had a big week too. Having a child with challenged abilities is hard too. I have been a disability support worker for nearly 20 years so understand.

Not looking forward to moving but this place is not safe and its depressing. They want too much for what it is. Am looking at a mature aged unit at the moment it's cheap and power etc is included. I'm hoping I get it as I don't intend moving again.

Great that you've been swimming. I'm a lazy bum but am waiting on ndis to get funding for gym.

I think it will be home made fish and chips tonight lol 😆 xx

Re: Not coping

Ha ha no lazy bum. I haven't done exercise for 15 years. I did enjoy it though. It can be expensive too. I am on a one month free trial for outdoor classes.

The mature aged units are really well set up, I hope you get in soon!! Sometimes a change of environment can make BIG changes to how we feel.

I am having a roast from the slow cooker. I am trying to make my evenings easier. I love fish and chips though 🐟
