where have the mods been

Sorry to hear you've been trying to contact a moderator and no one has got in touch. I had a look back at your recent posts to see if I could see what you're referring to but couldn't seem to find where you'd tagged mods. Are you able to put a link here to the specific posts so I can see. Moderators are definitely here 24/7 and if one of us is tagged would supposedly respond.

Ahhh yep sorry I can see it now. Someone should definitely have responded to you. I'm not sure who was moderating at the time so I apologise on their behalf. I agree you had a good reason to request a moderator step in. We will get back to you. Thanks again for letting us know.

@hanami Thanks I mean luckily the issue hasn’t gone much further in the last couple of days but it could have gone badly and idk it is just weird but anyway I will keep an eye out for your response.

Hi @Eden1919 Wanted to reach out (and here seems like a good place) to let you know I thought the way you handled that situation on that other thread was very well done. Like you, I needed to distance myself as the ongoing conversation was not one I wanted to be involved in ...and it was getting way off track as to what you intended it to be.

In response to your question here also - there are certainly some gaps that need to be ironed out - and these questions I have also brought up previously ...and will do so again. Even though @hanami is on to it, I would also encourage you to email the SANE team team@saneforums.org directly so these gaps can be looked into further.

@Zoe7 Yes it was getting quite intense and hopefully we will not see anything more like that as it was becoming very upsetting not saying that was the intention but yeah it got out of hand. Yes I might email the team although the last 3 times I think I have emailed the team I have had no response so I am not sure what is happening behind the scenes at the moment maybe there is some issues with the mods and who does what idk but hopefully they sort it out soon cause I have had some other close calls since where I thought something was again said that was not ok and I didn’t feel like I could contact the mods as they weren’t responding.

Totally agree that emailing with feedback is a good idea. They SHOULD respond @Eden1919 . It's really upsetting for us regular mods to hear this lack of support is happening. We are definitely bringing it up with management. We are hoping they take note of our wonderful members' feedback 😞
