I just joined the forums today because all the phone lines were full and I couldn't get through. I had an emotional week. I had lots of counselling and resolved some issues. I am still emotional and feel like I am still losing it so I feel for you. Writing things down sometimes helps. I have anxiety and depression.@Historylover, losing it

Thank you for responding, @chibam. I needed to withdraw my post because I felt that I was being too dark. I'm alright, but feeling very down. I'll plod on. I hope you're doing alright. I just wish for some happiness and trustworthy people in my real world. Still looking. Can't find any. Take care. 👍

I unavoidably go through waves of suicidal thoughts every time I deal with people, @Max33. If living in isolation wasn't a problem, I'd be fine, but people's true colours in my network are predatory, without exception. I'm 'marked' as a scapegoat and cannot shake it off. Always have been. It won't change.

Damn, I know how that goes, @Historylover . A very familiar predicament.

Here's hoping we both strike it lucky some day soon.
