I have been struggling a lot lately with suicidal thoughts. It’s become a daily occurrence and it’s been really overwhelming to cope. I am safe right but having to fight this is very exhausting. I feel so trapped, I am tired of living in pain, fear and shame. I feel like a burden to people and unimportant.

Oh yeah @creative_writer ! Of course you can!!!! I had a reasonable adjustment plan and that reduced a lot of my stress. It's totally worth getting if you need it. It meant I didn't have to go to the dr to get a med cert each and everytime I needed an ext. It clearly stated on my adjustment plan to provide longer time frames for the submission of assignments. I checked-in with each of my co-ordinators prior the beginning of every unit to inform them and send them a copy of my adjustment plan

@creative_writer - yes, I don't think the adjustment plans ask you to go into detail. Definitely worth while looking into it.
