I changed my psychologist appointment to tele health because I’m sick and they had nothing else available this week and I just cannot be fucked
I’m not in the mood and I cannot be bothered but I have to 3rd session with this new one

Hi @ArraDreaming,
I get how annoying it can be trying to get into psychologists, especially if you have to change your appointments - they often seem to have long waiting times.

I get it, when you feel like crap you just want to rest up and sleep. When I feel sick I just want to be left alone. Glad your headache is going a bit easier on you at least @ArraDreaming.
