What’s for Dinner
Tonight I had a piece of Quiche Lorraine with salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, gherkin, pickled onion and a little grated cheddar cheese. It was delicious.

I am glad that your drumsticks turned out nice after all the effort @TAB
I do like a veal schnitzel too @Captain24 but I don’t see them on menus much around here.

Tonight I took my son to a pub for dinner and I had half a bowl of onion rings, chicken parmi and salad (no chips) and lemon, lime and bitters. Talk about a cheat meal. Now back to the straight and narrow.

in that last 3 days I’ve had a couple of chocolate bars and a packet of chips. Just haven’t been in the headspace to get up and make anything.
I totally understand that, @Captain24 ...I'm glad you ate something during those 3 days. 👍

I hope you enjoyed your pub meal @Oaktree ...I think it's good to have treats and not be 100% strict all the time.

Hi @Oaktree
For me tonight it will be leftover rissoles and veggies. Everyone in my house seems to have the flu so we're all a little tired but feeling hungry so will eat soon.
