What’s for Dinner
Tonight I had a piece of Quiche Lorraine with salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, gherkin, pickled onion and a little grated cheddar cheese. It was delicious.

I had some pasta at about 11 but by late afternoon I go into a bad place and just have no motivation and just can’t be bothered.

@Oaktree I am impressed by the number of veggies you have for your dinners. I struggle to eat veggies, mainly as I am a terrible cook.

I don’t like veggies and have been purposely trying to increase them. I usually don’t eat any!
Tonight I am having home made cottage pie with pumpkin, peas and corn served next to it. There are also carrots in it. Going to have it with tomato ketchup.

@Oaktree you have been doing so well with eating so many veggies! I am impressed.
For dinner last night I made mashed potato. Just mashed potato, nothing else. This is the first veggie I have had in a long time, so I was proud of myself. It's also the first cooking that I've done for ages.
