I can’t cope

Well that’s good to fill in a couple of hours and you’re still spending time together @Bow

Sometimes it just too hard to motivate yourself for a shower. So I do get that. But I find when you finally do,after not having one for a while, it just seems fresher and mentally better while you’re in there.

I’ve just finished the ironing. Now to sort my hair out.

I just invited dads cousin to dinner with the rest of the family tonight. She is going to continually ask about my MH. So part of me is regretting it. But it is what it is. I’ll just have say I don’t want to talk about it. I’ll have to be rude about it so she stops.

Yeah I always feel better after a shower @Captain24 especially when I wash my hair and shave! And I know it’s so refreshing and the hot water running over me. But by gosh it takes a lot to actually get in the dam thing!

do you straighten your hair often? I use to. But I recently fell in love with my natural curls, so I just let it dry naturally. But I have so much frizz! My support worker has the most amazing curly hair! I should ask her what she uses cause she has no frizz.

oh that’s hard that you will have to dodge questions all night. Hopefully she respects your boundaries. What is everyone having to eat?

our meal plan for tonight is chicken schnitzel, chips and gravy… daughter LOVES her gravy! I have been so tempted to just do something simple and light cause she is unwell… an excuse to not eat much. But I think she will eat her normal dinner.

I only straighten if I’m going somewhere @Bow. Or if I have the need to feel better. Usually it’s just tied up in a ponytail. My hair is nearly straight but has frizz and kinks in it. If I let it dry naturally it goes everywhere. Curls are nice but I don’t know how to stop the frizz. Surely the is some product.

We are going to a pub. I love me a good pub meal. I already know what I’m having. You’re going to laugh! Chicken schnitzel chips and salad with Dianne gravy!!

Yep no one has to clean up and everyone pays for their own. @Bow I just have to pay for mum, dad, my bro, his girlfriend and myself.

Being in the country, most people go to is the pub. We have a couple of really good ones.
