I can’t cope

It felt so good @tyme. Just how quick things can turn around is amazing.

My appt with my Pdoc next week is going to be a difficult one. Because I can change so quickly it’s not actually a good thing. It means my meds aren’t right. Now my CM is not sure if I have mixed bipolar or rapidly cycling bipolar. Apparently both are harder to treat than BP 1 and BP 2.

But I’m saying that I don’t want them to ruin yesterday for me. I have screen shorted it to store for later!

Yeah you BIL would know. After 4 yrs I now own my car outright. I did it through finance.

I can pay it outright, but then it's double tax. @Captain24 Tax on income and tax for the car.

Yeah.. I’m not really sure. @tyme. I know he got stitched up big time. My account recommends salary sacrificing my house but not novated lease.

The tax part is the killer. I pay more tax than I use to earn!

I pay over 50% to tax @Captain24 . I look at my tax stuff and think....why?

I’ve just mowed the backyard!! Now trying to talk myself into the front yard.

With my mood slipping rapidly I’m trying to get everything done tonight. If I don’t stop then hopefully I can hold it off.

That means after going to the markets for mum and sorting out the new stuff I have to buy for Pix to take to mums. The rest of the morning is mine.

Hopefully if I look after myself and do some self care I may stop it.

Nah.. it’s cooled down here. It’s only 28 now so that’s fine but I do have an air con duct in the room if I iron when it is hot.
