I can’t cope

And.. despite everything you have been through this year, you are still pushing through. I'm not saying it has been easy, but your resilient self cannot be forgotten. You have done it before and you can do it again @Captain24

Reflecting on this really has its place. It can do a world of good when we are in the right frame of mind.

As much as we can't live with our parents (I certainly can't), we will always remember that blood is thicker than water. You will always know they are there for you.

I didnt sleep very well last night, which is unusual. I remember the last time I looked at the clock it was 2:34am. My alarm goes off at 4:30am!!

Im actually feeling sort of ok again.

Im starting to notice a real pattern. Work life and home life.

Yeah it was an ok day. @Snowie. I did reverse 50m up a ramp with 1 metre clearance on each side. So I was a little proud of myself.

Im still at work just waiting for 7 to roll around. I can’t leave any earlier.
