I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It is hard to move out of home when you are still young. I lived at home for the first 3 years of uni and then moved out after that @Captain24

I was going to jump on the peer group chat if you want to join me. Will keep my mind occupied until I go to bed.

I just want to check in and say… I seem a little bit brighter today. I did come home early from work but that was due to chest pain.

At least, at the moment, I can say that, while the thoughts are still really strong, I am too and I am able to fight them off at the moment.

My BIL's parents and aunty are coming tomorrow. They will be staying for quite a while. My sister was cleaning etc. My niece said her hair was annoying her so my sister said she'd clip it up soon... next thing you know, "Mummy, I tut my hair. My hairdesser"....she cut her hair lol

Are they still staying for so long?

Not a lot happening here… just trying to do my best. It’s still really hard but not beyond crisis point.

I want to thank you for your support last night. I really do appreciate it. I have reread it a few times.
