I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I have some serious warning signs happening. I haven’t had a shower and I just got out of bed after getting up earlier.

The scales had a bigger number on them today than yesterday so I did go for a walk this morning. I’ll have to try again later for another one.

I don’t have any plans. I have no energy or motivation and have had to write myself a list of things that need to be done this weekend. I haven’t had to write a list for a little while. I’ve been managing with out one.

Anyhows… how are you today?

I haven’t done much. I can even be bothered eating lol.

I don’t have any plans in particular.

Is there something you can busy yourself with today? Even watch something as a distraction?

Sounds like the day for it @tyme. Is the weather nice?

Im just trying to convince myself to put clean clothes on and take Pix out for another walk before it rains. I took her to the vet the other day and she is waaayyy over weight. So the extra walks will do her some good.

We have a wetlands around the corner so I could take her there for something different. New smells new scenery.

One plus is I’ve noticed the warning signs. I just need to stop them before they get too out of control.

I took Pix to the wetlands. It was quite peaceful. There was only us there. @tyme

She does love it @tyme. She wasn’t sure about this one as the paths were covered in pebbles and I think they hurt her feet a little.

I’ll take her for a different one tomorrow afternoon. The paths there are concrete.

You have any plans for tonight?

I don’t have any plans as of now. I think I’m just going to take it easy. Maybe read to the kids or something.

I don’t have much planned @tyme. I might watch some Netflix. I’ve been getting into it a bit lately.

Reading to the kids sounds really nice. You deserve a nice and chilled evening.
