I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It’s my own fault @Snowie.

I am so stupid and selfish. My parents need me.

I feel the need to go back to bed but I can’t as I have to look after mums dog while they travel to another town to see dads specialist. @outlander

I hate myself.

I am really paying for it @Snowie and I’m punishing myself today. Safely. No I can’t undo it. But I am struggling to cope with it. I just have to move on however it’s so hard when I feel so sick.

its hard when we do things we regret @Captain24 especially when we feel unwell or have to suffer the consequences. mental health really does suck

@Captain24 I understand the feeling to punish ourselves. Especially when we are not proud of what we have done. A lot of feelings come up at once.

Can you take a little time out and do something nice for yourself? Even just sitting down having a cuppa. I can always join you 💕
