I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Makes me want to have a dog just to give it a birthday. I've never given my dog birthdays in the past.

Nah @tyme Angel usually looks like she is sulking. She is a happy little thing but her heart failure gets the better of her. She was really tired.

She is such a sweetheart most of the time! @tyme I think she is adorable.

Im glad you had a good day.

I did all my housework, baked Pixies cake and cook a roast chicken for lunch all by 12:30. So I kept myself really busy. I took Pix for a walk this afternoon so she could work some of the crap she ate off.

Now I’m really tired and sore. I have noticed that as I get tired my mood slips.

I think it's not uncommon that moods slip when one gets tired. I know it used to be the case for me.
