I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24, we are always here. I’ve missed talking to you ❤️. It’s never easy when parents get sick, my household was turned upside down when dad was in hospital, he is thankfully okay now.

I’m better than yesterday, but could be better. Just riding this wave right now

I finished at 7 this morning @tyme. Then I had an appointment with my CM so I’ve had 2hrs sleep since 4pm yesterday.

I guess you didn’t scroll up a couple of msgs.

I’ve been doing quite ok for the last week though so I guess I’m not important. I feel like we only belong here in the bad times not the good times.

Maybe I’m just tired but that’s how I have felt all week.

I fear I’m going back to that place, trying to remain optimistic, I know it doesn’t necessary means things will escalate, I just need to breath
