I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I seem to wash every second day @Captain24 @tyme

Luckily I've got an inside clothes line so that thigs can dry quite quickly.

What is for tea @Captain24 @tyme ?

I had some lunch @tyme @Snowie So I probably won’t have any tea maybe just a small slice of cheesecake. I’ve been trying not to eat.

thanks for asking @Captain24 , mum is ok , friar and unsteady on her feet , needs a walker and a nurse to help her and now needing a hoist to help her

but she has good and bad days , today was ok xx

@Captain24 not sure yet what is for tea. I have some meals already cooked that I froze, so probably pull some of them out for tea. D is at work so she will have tea there.

@Shaz51 sorry to hear about your mum. It's good that she has people that look after her. I remember when my Dad got to that stage. It made it so much easier on my mum that he could get some help.
