I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I have finally gotten out of bed and I’ve just had some lunch. So that’s a bonus as I haven’t been eating. I have no motivation to do anything but I will put a movie on to keep me up for longer. I guess that’s a start.

I’m thinking I should go down the street to get some groceries. Plus I told Pixie I’d take her for a walk. I feel like a bad mum.

I need to have a shower first though. Which will take some effort.

You got any plans other than being on here?

Hey @Shaz51 ! Great to see you. Did you have a better sleep last night?

@Captain24 , it's so sweet to hear you being accountable to Pixie. It really helps to have accountability sometimes. I know it helps me whether it's accountability for myself or others. Take it slowly, and do what you can. Let me know how your grocery trip goes. Could you shout yourself a treat one the way too?
