I can’t cope

My experience with dietitians…. Both my own and the ones that I have come across in the hospital, they are more than accommodating! I think a lot of people think they are just there to tell you what to eat…. give you a meal plan that you must follow. They do heaps more than that. If you tell them about the things that concern you- they will work with you. I’ve talked about values with my dietitian, we are constantly adjusting my meal plan depending where I’m at so that it feels more achievable.

Thanks @Bow it’s good to know. It’s a bit of a relief actually. I thought that I’d just be told what I have to eat. Living on my own and being a shift worker I need quick easy and simple.

Sorry about the concern I caused last night. I don’t wish to go back there!

I haven’t been able to go out for a walk at all today as is raining quite heavily. I’ve been focusing on the sound of the rain on the tin roof. Still feeling ok though.

I ordered 3 more diamond art this morning. Don’t know if that counts as reckless spending! Lol. They should be here in 2 weeks. I’m really getting into it.

Btw, what do you do with the final product? Mine are sitting around my house and it's stressing me out. I feel very uncomfortable with having 'junk'. I'm a minimalist. The less the better. This is another reason why I'm not buying any more. Making them is great, but having the finished product around is stressful.

And I feel bad giving them away because to me, it's like, I've finished this - you can have it. Tell me how I can think otherwise.
