I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

This place is better than the town of the last few days. 2 nights here, I go home Saturday.

It is so much better @Bow. I’m hoping being here is better for me and helps. If I had of gone home today I would have definitely ended up in hospital but now I think I have a chance of staying out.

I’m meeting up with an old friend tomorrow. We haven’t seen each other in 23 yrs. She is the first person to teach me what a friend actually is. We meet when I was out of school for 2 yrs. It’s sad that it took me that long to find a real friend. It shows what my childhood was like.

I have soooo much hope in you. And I recognise it is hard right now. But it's not always going to stay that way.
