I can’t cope

My mother lives we me @Captain24 in a small unit on our land. She doesn't pay rent. I have no contact with my brother who lives a very different life to me.

I totally understand feeling bad for not being able to pay for them, but that is their choice. You have worked so hard to get yourself into this position. You should be proud of yourself.

I understand it is hard to feel like you belong somewhere but you belong here hun with people that care about you and can understand some of your struggles. 💌💌

It is a struggle today and just seems like a lot of work just to get through. Am trying to take it easy on myself and tell myself things will not always be like this. That in itself is difficult.

Oh I'm sorry today is a hard one to get through for you. You've got the right idea by trying to take it slow and be kind to yourself, but I definitely get what you mean that some days even that is hard to do. Try to just take it one minute at a time today. I hope that you don't have too much to do today so that you can relax a bit.

I'm going okay today, a bit exhausted because my dads been unwell so I haven't slept very well. Having my second coffee of the day right now.

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. It is awful when a loved one is unwell, especially when we can't do to much to help them.

Onto my third coffee of the day. Have had cups of tea in between.

I haven't got much on. Just rung my hubby to see if he can pick the kids up from school. Have had some prn so probably shouldn't drive.
