I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I still feel the same. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I really hate bipolar and that I have to live with it for the rest of my life. What kind of life is this? What’s the point of life?

I don’t know what to do to find it @creative_writer

Im so lost, broken and alone. I really need my CM right now but she is away and when she gets back I’m away.

I have an appointment with the counsellor at 6 so I hope that helps. I don’t know what to say when she asks what I want out of the session. I need something but I don’t know what can help.

@Captain24, goal setting can be a working in progress. I know stability sounds hard. I really should be taking my own advice I on so many things. I have achieved stability before, and it lasted for a good while, it is possible. I hope the appointment goes well 💖🫂
