I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I hung on by the slimmest thread just long enough to get to the Dr. My face dripping with snot and slobber I didn't leave until they gave me medicine.

I didn't want the medicine but knew I needed it or else it was over for me...

Can you get to a Dr.?

Call the ambos?

I’m awake. I have to get ready for work but I don’t want to face the day. I’m really struggling and want to give up.

Thanks @Snowie. I had work so that kept me distracted for a while. I was such a mess this morning that I forgot to take my crib bag with me. It meant I had no food or water but my parents dropped it out to me. Luckily. I’m really not ok now that I’m home. I don’t want to keep going like this.

Thanks @Kyle1. I work in a coal mine so it only shuts for 48hrs over Christmas. Otherwise it’s running 24hrs a day. It was hard to go and I was a mess but it’s a distraction and I got paid triple time for the day.

I worked shift work up until 5 or 6 weeks ago. With the anxiety and depression I have going on, and family obligations, it was just too much for me. On what would be my final day, I continued right on past my workplace and to the ER... I haven't been back. And I liked the job, too. But I need to be healthy more so...
