I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I feel like too much is going on and I’m not coping very well. My anxiety is returning and I feel like I’m going downhill

I just emailed my CM saying I’m not coping. She hasn’t gotten back to me. I really need her right now. I wish she was more available.

My CM just rang me and has talked me through all that is going on. @hanami @FloatingFeather. I need to focus on the fact that I’m a good person for being there for mum and dad right now and putting them first. I have been putting a healthy distance between us. That has now lapsed but I can regain it when we all get through the next few days and Easter. Part of my problem is having so much contact with them is bringing back the fact that they are so involved in my

life.

Im glad she rang. It made me feel so much better than an email. We also discussed how ‘happy’ I was last week. It’s concerning as I was way too happy but wasn’t enthusiastic, energetic and not sleeping. I slept well and had no energy or motivation. So she said that that wasn’t good.

I don’t have a peer worker @hanami. I’m not sure that they have them. It’s only a small hospital.
