I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Snowie , Things are pretty good.

It seems there are a lot of people with gastro around me....ewwwww. My niece was sick yesterday, and my nephew is sick today.

It's certainly going around.

I don't feel sick or anything. I just have to be careful.

How are you @Snowie ?

ohh @tyme I hope you don't catch it. Gastro can be so contagious, especially with everything else going around.

Struggling a bit tonight, so just trying to keep myself occupied.

@Captain24, always here for you 💗. It can be hard to be completely honest at times, it's normal. I also think it's important to realise that even reaching out for support takes a lot of courage, you've done well in reaching out.
