I can’t cope

No @FloatingFeather. I’ve literally got no one today. It’s my own fault. If I wasn’t so horrible maybe I would.

It’s certainly a really rocky road @hanami @creative_writer. At this stage I feel like it’s one step forward and two steps back. I know I can do it I just have to trust myself through this first.

Sorry you didn't feel that you could go to work today, but it is great that you put YOU first.

I think it would be hard to find a person who hasn't taken time off from work for their mental health. It shows just how much you value you.

I am now up to 6 years of time off work, but I know that if I didn't put my mental health first then I wouldn't be here today.

It certainly is hard at times to think that we have anyone in our corner, but you have us here. Maybe not straight away but we are here for you through the good and bad times.

Your words "I know I can do it I just have to trust myself through this first" shows just how much strength, courage and hope you have within yourself. I look at you in admiration @Captain24. I see a person that although struggles, gets up everyday and shows just how much strength you portray. Keep being you, keep striving for life, keep us just in awe of how much perseverance you have.

We barely see it that way within ourselves. It is so easy to see it in other people yet so hard to see it within ourselves.

My day has been really tough.

We have had really nice weather here today. I think it is meant to last for a few more days yet.
