I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

heya @Shaz51, sorry to hear about your headaches and the overthinking about the specialist.

What kind of specialist?

I did a round of specialists after my migraines got bad a few years ago. I was soo nervous about it being caused by something terrible. In the end, the different specialists cut-out some of my worst fears ❤️

Yeah we are going tomorrow. I think that maybe my problem. I’m going with my olds to see my brother. They are my biggest trigger especially all together. Mum and I are already arguing and so is mum and dad. I don’t know if I can handle it. It’s being the anxiety episode I’m in, to the surface.

Last time wasn’t overly successful for my head space.

Yes @Shaz51 I probably am overthinking it. Hope the specialist goes well.

It would be nice if I could just go with Pixie alone. I might book a holiday later in the year for just the 2 of us.

And I really relate to family being a big trigger. I know when I used to go visit them or go on holiday with them (before they were divorced), I felt super on edge. And I really just dreaded it because of me fighting with them, them fighting with each other and me feeling like they just didn't "know me". I'm not sure if that's similar to what you're feeling?

How have you coped with this kind of thing before?

What kind of specialist? -- kidney specialist @Former-Member , blood tests done , get results tomorrow

I might book a holiday later in the year for just the 2 of us. --- that will be great to look forward to @Captain24
