I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Hey @Captain24 I completely understand that, do you think that stepping away from the forums when they are triggering you is something that you would want to do for your own mental health?

Aw @Captain24 Of course people will notice that you're missing! I look forward to coming online and chatting to you and learning about what Pix has been up to on a weekly basis ❤️ But the last thing that I would want for you to feel is triggered. Whatever is best for you, maybe if you're feeling triggered tonight, you could take a step away from the forums and come back tomorrow to see if it is slightly less triggering?

Hey @Captain24

If the forums are triggering you right now it's probably a good idea to have a little break. Don't think you're alone though and that we don't notice you're not around. I commented to some other staff members on Monday when we didn't see you all day. It's definitely noticed when you're away. And we aren't going anywhere.
