I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I did that colour and I’m getting really tired. But this section is almost finished so I want to finish it.

@Captain24 i haven't put anymore on yet, waiting until 9pm. But I've turned my fitbit off and my Bluetooth which means no earbuds, no music, no TV shows. It's alot and I'm struggling.

Hopefully you can finish that section before bed, then you start the next one tomorrow.

That’s a bugger @MissGremlin. everything that keeps you calm. It’s ok. You have got this, it’s just one night. Just focus on Casper snoring. Make it your comfort sound.

I’ve just finished it so I’m about to go to take this tape off my ankle, have a shower and go to bed.

Yes all the things that help me keep regulated @Captain24. I'm trying to remind myself that this will hopefully give us some answers, or at least it's the next step to being able to get some. Thankyou sweet ❤️.

@Captain24 I've barely slept, I kept waking up. Everywhere feels sore where the dots were 😞.

thats a bigger. The dots would be so annoying and they have electrical charge running through them! @MissGremlin

I slept ok. Woke up a couple of times but I set an alarm to go off so I got up. I’ve done a few things so far this morning. I have so much I want to do but should easily be finished by 12. If my ankle holds out!

So far I have changed my bedlinen, got rid of all the rubbish on the kitchen bench and put everything away that was on it. Did the dishes and washed all the cutting boards. My second load of washing is almost done. So much more to go!!! But at least it’ll all be done. Then tomorrow all I have to do is sweep out the front of the house and clean out the back!

@Captain24 i still feel like they are on me and my nose feels all messed up. I don't like it at all, there's no way I'd be able to actually wear a Cpap mask 😂.

I'm sorry you woke up a couple of time sweet. You've done so well to get things done already. How's your ankle going?

I'm about to make food cos I'm all shaky, it's been a big morning already.
