I can’t cope

I hope it helps. I was outside just before, it felt so relaxing and I could feel my body warming up 😊

I’m thinking of taking a non fragile lego kit too. There’s one that I want to do and should be easy to transport home. Maybe and easy one is a better idea. I’ll get close to getting it finished. @MissGremlin

I have made my lunches, cleaned the kitchen except for the part I’ll use for dinner, packed my work bag as much as I can pack it and I’ve put the garbage and bin out. All that’s left is to shower and cook dinner!

Im starting to feel a lot better!

Ive been busy. I’ve had a shower and washed my hair. I’ve had a bath. Turns out there should be less bubbles in the bath. I have them everywhere and can’t get rid of them. It’s causing a lot of anxiety. My psych said I have traits of OCD maybe this is one of them because it’s really stressing me! I’ve also done a load of washing and hung it in the spare room. I got clean towels out and hung them and my towels are currently washing!

I feel like a little nap myself right now. Not sure whether to or not.
