I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 it is, it's really sad.

Yes, like everything is slow. Moving doesn't feel right, even walking is hard. I really need to go to bed but still have an hour and a half to go. Trying to keep myself busy by sorting out a diamond art kit but I'm not liking the colours so I don't think I'll do it until I can order some better ones for it.

@Captain24 you can order colours for them separately. The colours with it are horrible, it will make the picture look so dull and it's meant to be a bright one.

I've decided to do the mystery one that I just got!

It's something I've chosen to keep out of the forums for both my safety but also a huge fear of being judged.

i will say yes it does @MissGremlin I have even more respect for you. You have opened up and trusted me with such information. I understand more about you. It explains a lot of things.

I have totally not judged you in any way. Nothing has made me question you. Well actually I guess it has in the way that I have so many more questions but defs will not ask! All curious ones.

I definitely do not think any less of you!

Just going to do my bedtime routine so that I can get into bed I'm exhausted.

@Captain24 it really wasn't easy to share and it still scares me that I have. Not cos I'm worried about you knowing or judgement from you but it's cos of what's happened previously and also prying eyes outside of here.
