I can’t cope

I went and had a sleep and my headache has finally eased and I don’t feel as sick anymore! @MissGremlin

That’s a lot of sleep! I’m glad you got it. If only that was every night.

I didn’t end up walking the dogs but they both enjoyed sleeping with me. They come running to my room when I tell them I’m going to bed and it’s during the day!

If only it was, I know it only happened cos I was completely exhausted. I couldn't even manage a section of diamond art last night.

Hehe I bet they enjoyed the nap with you, Casper always loves snuggling up with me.

I just finished with my support worker and got the most amazing phone call, the service involved is closing off and won't be coming out again so that's a huge relief. I'm just doing lunches and then I'll be doing my diamond art.

They just live it. They sleep with me if a night but there is something that they live with sleeping during the day. I don’t know what the difference is!

Im just sitting in the sun and then I really have to bath the dogs. It doesn’t really take long but I just hate it!

I’ve emailed my sleep results to my GP so I’ll wait and see if I hear from him tomorrow! I guess it depends on how urgent he thinks it is.

@Captain24 unfortunately I know it will be weeks now of very little sleep again, it's always what happens. I've just got the message that my referral has been received for the sleep study so I'm filling in the information for that now.

There's something about daytime naps with furbabies that's just different to night times.

Oh it's just amazing that it's being closed off, to not have to panic constantly about them coming out or doing anything to ruin my life again.

It's a hard job even if it doesn't take long. Hoping you're enjoying sitting in the sun though sweet.

Now I’m off the phone it’ll be easier. I just rang mum to get her washing off the line as it rains here before it gets to her house. 55 minutes later I hung up! @MissGremlin

I just have one more thing I want to do today and then my list is done until tomorrow! I’ll do that when I’m cooking dinner though. It’s just a 5 minutes later job!

@Captain24 haha oh I'm the same, a quick phone call is never actually quick 😂. I'm sure she appreciated the heads up about the rain so she could get her washing off the line.
