I can’t cope

That’s my problem, the drinking! @MissGremlin but I need to sort out this sleep thing. So I need to get it all sorted and together. He is looking into my blood results to see if there is anything in there making me so tired all the time.

Ok if he said then that’s up to you to decide what you want to do. Did he say to drop it slowly?

@Captain24 hopefully we can both remember not to eat or drink anything so we can do our blood tests. I'm glad your doctor is being thorough and checking everything.

No he didn't, he said i could reduce the amount or stop taking it. I did google it and it said to not stop taking it suddenly for people that use it for high blood pressure but for nightmares it said that stopping it suddenly could cause them to come back instantly. But it's not helping with the nightmares anyway.

I guess it’s your call in how to do it. It’s a tough one though.

I’ve just had a shower and put my nose strip on. Breathing through my nose is funny. It’s cold and feels weird. It has opened up my nostrils a lot! Maybe I’ll wake up refreshed!

It is a tough one, I've chosen not to take it tonight so I guess we'll see.

I've had 9 hours and 4 minutes of sleep which is unheard of for me. I'm still feeling very sleepy though and my head is pounding. I want to have a cuppa but I'm meant to be having a blood test and I need to fast for it.

I’m not too bad, just tired. A bit sore too, I must have slept funny because I woke up with a sore neck/shoulder, but other than that I’m good 😊

@Nala2022 my body was completely exhausted with everything that's been going on here.

That's the plan, they open at 7.30am. Tummy is feeling icky today though which is making me anxious.

Oh sleeping funny is never nice, hoping your neck/shoulder settles during the day sweet. Glad that you're good otherwise though ❤️
