I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It’s ok.. it’s sorted now. Maybe some deep breaths and settle yourself back into it again. @MissGremlin

On a positive note.. I just finished that section and about to start on the last one!

@Captain24 yay! I'm hoping i can get this section done before I have to start dinner.

I grabbed my towels out the dryer earlier and put them away.

The towels are packed away and the doona cover has just under an hour to go! That will be absolutely everything done! @MissGremlin

@Captain24 we have, I'm hoping we can both sleep well.

It's getting there. Just feeling very overwhelmed at the moment, I'm not being left alone and it's really getting to me (I'm safe).

That would be so frustrating. I couldn’t cope @MissGremlin. Just keep breathing and bringing your self back to centre. You are doing well.

Will you get it finished before dinner if you are left alone?

I’ve just finished one colour! I like that feeling at the end when you know that colour is finished. Unless you miss something obviously

I've just finished that section. I think i might need to break the rest down into smaller ones though as that felt like too much.

Yes it's satisfying when you finish a colour but when you miss one it's annoying 😂
