I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Not really I’ve been in bed since 2:20. I got up to take the washing off the line and change washing and dryer loads. I did clean the rest of the ensuite, laundry and main bathroom while waiting. But I’m that exhausted that I just feel sick but I can’t really sleep. Just doze. I think I’m too tired but I don’t know why. @MissGremlin

I really need to get up and have some dinner though. I’m struggling to stand up and walk.

I have crashed pretty badly.

@Captain24 oh sweet, that's how I'm feeling today, sick cos I haven't had enough rest. I'm sorry you've crashed badly, I'm here with you ❤️. You've done alot so I'm not surprised you're exhausted, hoping you can get a good rest tonight.

Have you got leftover carbonara to eat?

Yeah, I have leftovers so I just have to heat it up.

Im also scared to get up as I haven’t done the pantry yet and I know that I will. It’s all about pushing and punishing myself. Kinda like SH thinking. I’ll keep going until I literally fall down.

@Captain24 I'm glad that you only have to heat dinner up.

Can you try to tell yourself that you can do the pantry tomorrow or even another day. I get the pushing and punishing yourself. But I think if you push yourself now then you could end up worse off and then missing out on actually enjoying your time off of work.

I had dinner @MissGremlin. I’ve put a movie on and I’m sitting here with a tub of ice cream.

I didn’t realise the movie was going to be sad though. I’m feeling emotionless

Ive written a list with times for tomorrow hopefully I can finish the list and then my house will be clean.
