I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 that picture is the one that's in her frame with her ashes in it. I miss her so much, everytime I look at her pictures my heart feels like it breaks just a little bit more. Thankyou for helping me pick sweet ❤️.

I'm loving how that tiger one turned out. I've got to pick a new one to do now.

I can’t look at it from a different perspective. @MissGremlin. It does get easier to look at photos but still hurts. I’ve found one of Honey to do. It made me smile as she was off the lead in part of a park she like playing fetch. All she did was play fetch. She is so happy in that photo and was enjoying herself! There is memories in it.

I’ve had a nap and feeling really flat. I just tried to some diamond art but couldn’t get into it. I just sitting in the lounge. Feeling alone. I need to have something for dinner but my kitchen is a mess and I the dishes I would use are dirty. I really just want to go to bed. But I have to feed the dogs and sort out something for me. It’ll probably end up being 2 minute noodles.

@Captain24 it's just hard cos I lost her so young, that's what hits me the hardest. I'm glad you've found one of Honey to do, I love how the pictures hold so many memories.

I'm sorry you're feeling flat sweet, it's ok that you can't get into the diamond art right now. You're not alone sweet, I'm here with you ❤️. If 2 minute noodles are on the menu tonight then that's perfectly ok.

That would be hard. @MissGremlin. I went to work one night and said ‘love you Homey, See you in the morning’ I did see her but she was gone. It was a complete shock and came from nowhere.

Im just sitting and watching home and away and there is emotional parts and I’m crying through them. I’m such a sook.
