I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I feel angry, irritated, frustrated, totally not ok.

Im safe but I just have a deep desire to hurt myself. Im not going to do it but I feel the need to.

Im really struggling. I need to take off and just run away. I need to stop everything. I need a break from life. I need to escape.

thanks @MissGremlin. I’m a little bit hurt actually. But that will slide through the cracks just as I do. Nothing you have said or done but I think it’s time I log off, feed the dogs and go to bed. Being on here isn’t good for me today. Maybe tomorrow night. I don’t know.

@Captain24 I'm sorry you're feeling hurt sweet but you definitely don't slide through the cracks, I see you and I hear you sweet and i care so much.
