Something’s not right

I can’t cope

I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 the colours are really vibrant in it so it's looking pretty good i reckon. That's Caspers chair and if he's not there he's on his mat next to me. Laylah used to sit next to me on the chair aswell, the chair has changed but the spot hasn't.

Well done for finishing the grass. I'll be doing some more diamond art soon when I get to sit in bed.

I did sausages and bread, what's for your dinner tonight? Sleep has still been really rough, the nightmares are still there as are the panic attacks.

@AuntGlow hi AuntGlow sorry i have forgotten the original question and can't find it in the many posts. Can you repeat it for me please?

Re: I can’t cope

That’s nice to have that similarity. I see little things with Pix and Jett that my Honey did. @MissGremlin

Dad had Parma Kiev’s last night and didn’t eat them all so he gave the rest to me. I had them and veggies. I can’t remember the last time I had veggies. It was good. Sausages are good.

Oh so you didn’t get any more sleep like the other night? Sorry the nightmares are continuing.

@Captain24 it's really nice to have those similarities, it's like a piece of them is still with you through the little reminders.

Oohhh yummy, I brought a roast beef today, potatoes to make a potato bake and burgers. Vegetables are so yummy, and they're good for you.

Unfortunately not, that 9 hours was just luck. It happens occasionally but only after days or weeks of not sleeping much, so it's out of complete exhaustion. Another few days and I increase the medication again, just hoping it starts to work.

Re: I can’t cope

I eat veggies but usually eat pasta stuff instead. After eating that I’m going to try and put more veggies back into my diet it’s just that pasta and cheese is so much cheaper! @MissGremlin Sounds like a yummy shopping trip! I’m thinking maybe I should buy some mince and make rissoles. They are cheap just messy and time consuming grating up all the veggies.

That’s a shame. Hopefully this increase may help a little. Are you getting any more sleep or still none. Do the nightmares stop you from getting back to sleep after you calm down?

I just finished that section! I haven’t turned the tv on so I’ll just keep doing this until I feed the dogs. I’m getting pretty tired so I’ll go to bed after that. I’m guessing you’re in bed now?

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 pasta and cheese is cheaper but there's not alot of nutrition in it, if I could I'd eat veggies everyday. It was a yummy shopping trip, I'm looking forward to the delicious meals. Rissoles are good but yes time consuming and the clean up can suck. What about stir-frys?

Still only running on a few hours a night and struggle to go back to sleep after the nightmares.

Yay for finishing that section, I've just sat in bed and I'm about to do my diamond art. Hopefully you get a good sleep tonight sweet.

Re: I can’t cope

I should try stir fry’s again. I get into a way with foods and eat the same things continuously on rotation and don’t like adding things in much as it changes the flavour and texture. @MissGremlin

Thats a shame it’s gone back to the same.

Have you got your light board?? I absolutely love mine. I’ve just done a couple of colours of grass but it’s now feeding time!

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 totally get what you mean about having things on rotation, I struggle to change things up too much.

The good sleep was linked to me being really unwell as I just physically couldn't stay awake.

I've got my light board on me bed with me, it makes such a huge difference! Hope once you've fed the dogs that you can fall asleep quickly, sending lots of love and hugs sweetheart ❤️.

Re: I can’t cope

I think it’s an autism thing. @MissGremlin Thats what helped the psychiatrist to diagnose. It was one of her questions.

At least it was one night but it’s bad that it takes to that extreme to get sleep.

Dogs are fed and I’m about to have a shower. If woken up a bit now though so hopefully I sleep. I did have a massive sleep last night though.

I’ll be free from somewhere between 11 and 11:30 if you want to do this again. Or anytime after that.

The light board is amazing isn’t it! Defs a game changer!

Re: I can’t cope

@Captain24 really wish I could get a diagnosis done, then maybe I could get support with things.

It does suck, I've tried staying awake during the days to see if then I could sleep better at night but it's still the same.

Hopefully you'll get sleepy again soon, that was me yesterday, I was almost falling asleep at my table but then in a split second I was wide awake.

Would definitely love to do this again tomorrow ☺️.

It really makes it so much easier to see especially on the darker areas.
