I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Im going to go now. I’m really sorry. To many thoughts and urges that had previously stopped. I’m safe, I don’t want ES called so it’s best to not be on here.

Please look after yourself and work on getting well. Please trust these meds and hopefully things will settle down for you with some sleep.

I don’t know @AuntGlow. I’ve just gotten into bed and I didn’t take my meds. To much temptation. I’m just going to hope that I go to sleep quickly so I don’t need to think.

I tried to have some sleep but it was hard. I kept wondering what mums dog was doing. I think she just slept but she didn’t come into my room. She is now wandering in the backyard.

I have a massive list of things to do but just really don’t have the energy or motivation to do them. I’m thinking I’ll try and do some diamond art. I’m nearly finishing section the section I’m on.

How did the square one go? Was it harder?
