I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I had a lot to do today but I think self care is more important so I don’t spiral to far. Thanks for the reminder!

I’ve just had and hrs sleep. That I am not ashamed of. Now I’m just laying in the sun.

I do have some urges that didnt ease with sleep and the work mess is still forefront of my mind. I was sort of ok with it yesterday so I’m hoping I can push it backwards again.

Yes you do @Captain24 but that is always easier said then done!!!

I think stressing about things is about the norm these days.

It’s like one side of my head is telling me it will be ok but the other side is saying I’m going to lose my job @Snowie You know which one is the loudest today! Lol

It’s just starting to warm up here! It’s just hit the 30’s. The hottest part of the day is between 4-7pm so I’ll go out and sit in the sun then! I don’t even have my aircon on

Yes I’m one of those idiots that love the heat!!!

I think I can guess which side is louder! I hope everything works out ok for you at work. It is a stress that you don't need.

It is about 34 here at the moment but nice inside with the cooler on.

I do love the heat too but not when it's too hot. However I love the snow even more. Have already booked all my dates in to go up to the snow this year. Something to look forward too.
