Yeah it’s still on my mind @tyme but I’m getting paid to not be at work, it’s not annual or sick leave, so it’s not costing me anything.

I feel a bit rough but ok at the same time.

How are you?

It’s about to become either a really good day or a really hard day.

My biggest triggers are together Mum, Dad and my brother! My brother hasn’t been in town for over 12 months and hasn’t actually stayed over night for about 5 yrs. Im happy for my olds but I’m scared for me

That's generally the case. Those closest to you are the ones who trigger us the most @Captain24 - why? because we are our true selves and so are they. Do you think so?

I do think so! @tyme. I feel as though this mess that is my life has changed me so much. I think I am possibly discovering my true self. In doing this I’m realising how different I am now and how different I am from them.

So far all I have to do is dinner so I’ll be sweet!

How is your day going?

My day is pretty quiet today @Captain24 . I went out early this morning, did some grocery shopping, then hopped onto the forums to catch up with you all.

Do you have dinner with your folks tomorrow?

When I used to have dinner with my parents, it was a duty. But now because I see them maybe once or twice a year, I actually want to have dinner with them.

We do all change. Life circumstances change us. You get to learn more about yourself and others. It's rewarding once you get over the bumps and hurdles.

My mum always had us or her sister for morning tea every Sunday morning same as my grandmother

But now that mum is in aged care , no one comes on Sunday morning anymore and it feels strange

I do have dinner tomorrow night with them @tyme and yes it does feel like a duty. But as you say they won’t always be here. I have offered to pay for dinner tonight if they all want to go out.

Sounds like a good morning! I really need to go grocery shopping! I can’t fall back into old habits when I have a dietitian app Monday! Lol

I woke up early. I had to ring mum with an excuse as to why I wasn’t at work. So after that I to Pix for a walk. She enjoyed it.

You got any plans for tonight?

Not many plans for today, nor tomorrow @Captain24 . Maybe a sleep in for tomorrow?

As I said, my niece is on school holidays and wants me to have sleep overs with her every night. I've given in because I she'll have to go back to school at the end of this month. I'm such a softie....

So yeah, sleep hasn't been the best when I'm next to a little kid at night....
