Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before. I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent. there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.
That sucks about your work @Captain24 did they give you a reason?

I hope so too @Captain24 A few laughs at a funeral are a good thing. Really lets us know what sort of person they were. I remember my Dads funeral. I think I laughed more then I cried!

It’s because I had a complete meltdown at work on Monday morning during my voluntary overtime. @Bow Now they want a fit for work form filled out by my GP. They wanted the psychiatrist but I said that there was no way.

It’s been a really tough day. @Bow. The best thing I can do is go to bed. Tomorrow won’t be any better so it might be easier to face after a good nights sleep
