I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Yeah. I work Friday and Saturday and then I have Sunday off @MissGremlin. Itll actually be good because I struggle with the three day on and because I struggled so badly last block having a proper break before nightshifts might actually help!

Are you scared?

I’m glad I’ve got it off too. A day doing whatever I want, apart from washing work clothes! I’m not enjoying being at work right now either so it should make it a better day @MissGremlin

I'm going with my friend. It's funny cos she doesn't know the band we are seeing, it's before her time 😂

At least you have someone to go with @MissGremlin Im sure she will love the weekend out as well. Is she going with you to meet your friend? Are you travelling together?

@Captain24 yes we will both enjoy the weekend away. She'll be with me first but then be leaving. Yes we are going up together.

It should be good. I saw them when I was younger, it was actually the first concert I went to.

I’m so glad you are going together @MissGremlin Plus that she will be there when you meet your friend. I’m a little anxious about that.

They were the opening act when I went to see Bon Jovi. That was a good concert.

@Captain24 I'm anxious about it but only cos its meeting someone new. But we chat everyday and have for quite a while now.

I ate a burger patty but that's all I could manage tonight. What about you?
