@tyme out in the car yes for a couple of quick trips but not anywhere else.

Age definitely doesn’t like stairs! I’m old and I just fell down the steps in my truck. I’m really sore! I’ve hurt my back further. The Chiro was for my back but it actually didn’t fix much. However when I started work up to falling down the ladder it wasn’t really too bad @tyme

Ive been at work all day and just gotten into bed. Sorry I can’t hang around. 4:30 comes pretty quickly especially when I am so so so tired. I feel like I could sleep for days.

It's so interesting that you say you decided to make these changes, because that's exactly it! When we internally feel ready and have the space to try new things, so much becomes possible.
