I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 I'm sorry to hear sweet, I'm here for you ❤️.

Shopping was long and adventurous. I've only just got home, feeling very overwhelmed and dealing with sensory overload. My friend ended up taking me which was good but yeah things didn't go to plan, we got very wet in the rain.

I’m nearly finished this section @MissGremlin. Maybe 2 hours ?? Give or take. Then maybe I’ll go to bed depending on the time. If it too early I’ll start the next section.

No, staying up was fine. @MissGremlin. I told you I would be there for you and I got a second wind anyway. I was just doing diamond art and hadn’t stopped to watch tv so it was better for me and I didn’t doom scroll and get tired.

It could be an early night tonight though as moment by moment is really hard.

I hope you get to do some. Is this the picture that wasn’t turning out?

I just finished that section and I’m about to have some dinner @MissGremlin. I can do the next section as a big section or make it 2 smaller ones. There is lots of different colours in it so I think I may do 2 smaller ones. More

manageable and less overwhelming.

Are you happier with the new one?

@Captain24 I'm glad you're stopping for dinner sweet. I think doing it in 2 smaller sections is a good idea and definitely less overwhelming.

Yes I'm happier with this one, still want to do the others but they frustrate me sometimes 😂.
