I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 she's 19. I better not say anything as I feel they're watching my posts at the moment. I have to head out soon and go to the shops, I really don't want to have to be around people. I've been crying so much so my head hurts even more now. I'm safe for now, just a mess.

I get the head pain from crying, I’m sorry you are a mess. Maybe you can try and get some rest if you don’t have to go out?

@Captain24 I have to go out. I had just laid down before to try to rest before I had to go out but then I got the messages. Won't get to rest now until about 10pm as tonight I have to be up late.

@Captain24 i wish I didn't have to go out. I get tired of having to go out multiple times every day, the joys of having responsibilities. It's hard having to stay up late cos it's a break in routine, even though I'm not asleep until after then it's still having to actually stay out of bed.

Going out so often would wear me down. How you have time to just chill, I don’t know. @MissGremlin. I didn’t want to go out again to get meds so I got mum to get them. Well she offered so I said yes.

While you’re not sleeping you are still resting and that helps. Having to stay up late will be really hard for you. I can be here for you if you need tonight.

@Captain24 they aren't big trips out, the mornings I don't have to deal with anyone else which is good but the afternoons i have to go into the shopping centre. I'm so glad your mum was able to get your meds for you so that you didn't have to go out again.

Thankyou sweet, I appreciate it so much but want to make sure you get enough sleep too. Hoping i can do some diamond art while I'm up later tonight.

At least they are little trips but having to see people is hard. @MissGremlin
