I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

Is there something else you can do that might be more of an interest right now? Like your origami?

@Captain24 it's getting closer to being done.

I don't really have an interest in doing anything that's the problem. My head is all over the place at the moment (I'm safe). I'm sitting here with music on.

I get that no interest thing. Until I forced myself to do some diamond art I couldn’t be bothered with doing anything. @MissGremlin. Just sit on the lounge and doom scroll. Which is what I am doing now.

I understand the all over the place feeling. Would trying to get some sleep help?

@Captain24 Yeti esky? What a win! I didn't know they were that good. But I suppose you need it for those hot hot days... and the cold cold ones. Imagine a nice hot drink in it 🙂

@tyme usually by doing my diamond art and cuddling Casper but neither of those are really doing much tonight (I'm safe). I'm trying to do my diamond art and I've put my TV show on.

I said that id be around tonight and don’t want to let anyone down. I won’t be around the next 3 nights as ill be on nightshift.
