I can’t cope

And that's okay if you do not know @Captain24 - sitting with not knowing is uncomfortable, but it is also okay. It allows us to sit with curiosity. To be 'curious' about situations, look from different perspectives, and not necessarily having to come up with an answer.

This helped me through my roughest times. It was hard, but once I understood the concept of sitting with the unknown and sitting with curiosity, it helped a lot.

I feel like the more I try to sit the worse it’s getting @tyme but I guess it’s only until Thursday when is see the psychiatrist. Hopefully she can help sort it out.

I’ve been a slack Pixie mum. I haven’t taken her anywhere but she has loved laying on the bed with me.

It’s a nice day here too it’s finally reached 22 degrees the average for this time of year is 30. Maybe I should take her for a walk around my place tonight. It’ll get us both out of the house and I won’t have to worry about a shower as I won’t see anyone! Lol

I've just told my niece I'm going to take her for a bike ride and she was happy with that @Captain24 . I really need to get out more.

Yes, I have a park at the end of my street. We generally ride all around the block @Captain24 . As unco as she is, I'm surprised she picked up riding without training wheels a matter of moments. I'm thinking maybe because she moved straight from a balance bike to 2-wheels?

I’ve seen kids on those balance bikes and didn’t think they made any sense. Maybe they do? @tyme. I had an old fashioned trike when I was a kid. Except they were old fashioned at the time ! Lol

My sister's kids zoomed everywhere on those balance bikes. They were soooo fast on them! @Captain24 - supposedly that is what helps them move to a 2 wheeled bike...i don't know because i never had a balance bike
