I’m hoping once I get her home she will be almost herself. She has had much more treatment for the pancreatitis yesterday and over night so hopefully that is clearing up. I have blocked off so she can’t hide behind the lounge! I just need to remember to shut my bedroom door and the back door at meal times! @AlwaysMyself
That's good that you have a good vet. There is only 2 in town so not much choice but we have been going to this one since we first got a dog and that would have been at least 45 years ago!
Well done on getting stuff packed away! That is a huge achievement. Appointments everyday is hard though. I was suppose to have 2 tomorrow my psych and my dietitian but obviously I cancelled both. But at least all my appointments, other than my GP, are Telehealth so I don’t need to leave the house. Loving Telehealth! I just put a top in, it doesn’t matter if I haven’t showered, it doesn’t matter if I’m still in pj’s (on the bottom). My psych doesn’t care about pj’s anyway. She has seen me in them before at hospital. All she cares about is that I’m there. My first appointment with her was at the hospital and we went through so much about what she needed from me with Telehealth as in person she can read me better but we have both gotten use to it and I can tell her anything over Telehealth but struggle a little while I’m in person. She also reads me extremely well via Telehealth as well.
So far I have cleaned the mess that was my kitchen, cleaned the ensuite, bathed Jett and done 2 loads of washing. I’m just about to vacuum, sweep and wash the floors. Then I’ll feel a little more comfortable in my house. I have a massive list of things I need to do but I’m pushing really hard to get this done so I need to be gentle and let them wait. But if I take the next 5 days off work I’ll have a little more time. I still need to ride out this really low unfunctionable mood. It’s been a couple of weeks now that it’s been this bad, I’m hoping it rides through its course soon but I am also reminding myself that it could take months and to not put pressure on myself.
