I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

It’s all good @Eve7. I’m slowly learning how to cope with them. I just need to gain the strength to brush it off.

I forced myself to mow the lawn today and because it was so long it took ages so I got a lot of sun!

Did you work today @Captain24?

Outside of mowing the lawn lol. That is really hard work. So is painting! I have a lot of respect for people who have hard physical labour jobs. Would be very taxing.

Nah I finished work at 7am Monday morning and go back Friday morning @Former-Member.

I hate mowing. I don’t know how people do it for a living. I’d be very tanned though! I’ll stick to my cruisy truck driving job.

It was a good physical distraction though. I’ve also cleaned the house except for vacuuming and washing the floors. I’ll do that tomorrow. I haven’t clean for well over a week. It was disgusting. Doing the dishes though I realised I haven’t eaten since I finished work. It’s not a good sign.
